Your initial consultation is a comprehensive health assessment. During this time, we discuss your current health concerns and goals at length. We review your medical history, function of organ systems, current lifestyle routines, dietary habits, medications and supplements, and past laboratory findings. Follow-up Consultation: 30-45 minutes

Follow-up appointments last between 30-60 minutes. The length of time between appointments varies and can be better assessed after your initial consult. During follow-up visits, your progress will be assessed, any new symptoms will be discussed, and your wellness plan will be adjusted as needed.
